Gale Palmanteer, a retired wild life biologist with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife and a documented descendant of the Colville Confederated Tribe will sign his second book in the Ghost Dance series, GHOST DANCE II: THE AMULET. The series is historic fiction. Kandis Palmanteer is a native of Pomeroy and is a noted composer and vocalist. She will be signing her latest CD, “Peacefully.”
